Hi!👋 My name is Hanqian Li (李翰乾). I am currently an M.Phil student in the AI Thrust, Information Hub at the HKUST(GZ), supervised by Prof. Xuming Hu and Prof. Hui Xiong(AAAS, AAAI, IEEE Fellow). Previously, I received my B.Eng. degree from Shandong University (SDU), supervised by Prof. Jinglin Zhang.

My research interests include:

  • Post-training of large language models (LLMs) and multimodal large language models (MLLMs).
  • Agentic reinforcement learning (RL), with a focus on improving performance on long-horizon tasks, including benchmarks such as GDPVal.

I am actively seeking Ph.D. opportunities for Fall 2027 and research internships in industry. Please feel free to get in touch if you are interested in working together.
